Our ingredients are sourced locally, and the dishes are prepared freshly by our kitchen team.

In our main restaurant, furnished in Swiss stone pine wood, your day starts with our Alpine breakfast buffet, stocked with many regional and organic products. In the evening you can enjoy our daily changing set menu or dishes from our a la carte menu.

Le Petit
Evening restauraunt with view
Everything here is homemade and freshly prepared. We might also serve you the set menu or a la carte menu in our Le Petit during the summer. Thus you can enjoy the view even more.

Blatterstube
Cosy and traditional
For a tête-à-tête, our Blatterstube, fully furnished with Swiss stone pine, offers the perfect setting. Whether cheese fondue, raclette or small speciality dishes, everything is always fresh and lovingly prepared for you. Generally, open only during the Winter season. Still, during the colder times a year, we open our Blatterstube also spontaneously (e.g. October).

Bar
The hotel’s heart and a meeting place for socialising and conversations before or after dinner. Experience the wide selection of gin served with the matching tonic, or try one of our signature cocktails. Many friendships have started at our bar.
Enjoy your afternoon with a cup of tea from our fine TWG selection or with a freshly brewed coffee from our La Cimabli coffee machine

In the private room 1916, you can enjoy dinner with your family and friends at a large table accommodating up to 20 people.
Alternatively, the 1916 can also be used as a meeting room. A large screen with an HDMI connection allows for easy presentations. Plenty of space exists to jot down ideas (flipchart and pinboard).
We also offer business lunches, coffee breaks, and dinners. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and rethink with your team in the mountains.
